I had one of these posts recently. It was the first article on my new blog (the one I have added in the website option here in the comment) and it went crazy! About 5300, all from Stumbleupon.

I managed 5 newsletter sign ups from it which was ok.

@Tony — RSS subscribers went up temporarily but then went back down. I only gained a few subscribers from the 6000 uniques. This tends to confirm that SU traffic is different from organic traffic.

A lot can be learned from this experience. Traffic is totally need in marketing or promoting things on the Internet. This proves to be a very successful story man. Nice work. 🙂
