I am 60 years old and try my best to keep up with the younger generation. I work out 3 sometimes 4 times per week and it gives me energy, youthful appearance and the ability to forge ahead with my own IM needs.

BTW I have weights and workout equipment next to my PC. Sometimes in the middle of a work out I get instant ideas and inspiration.

After trying several different ideas, I have come to the conclusion that it must be a daily ritual. For me to do this though I have to schedule the workouts at the beginning of the week to fit it all in with my busy schedule.

I mix up the workouts between weights and cardio. I can only do weights at night when my body is warmed up and I have eaten and have energy to burn. So I have to schedule those nights when I’m not booked with other things (right now sailing).

It’s easy once you get going, I am approaching 2 months now without missing many days. I feel great, lots of energy and am starting to look better (shedding a few chins 8-))
