Thanks for this post. I was starting to get scared that Google deindexed one of my websites after I was previously a 1st page ranking. I found my site on page 18 for my top keyword (I just did a bunch of backlinks) Hopefully it will come back up knowing that they didn’t completely de-index me!

Thanks for this update! I’ve been wondering what was going on with your niche site, because I have found the other posts so informative!!

One question I have been meaning to ask. I have noticed that a lot of bloggers don’t have dates on their posts. Is this so that new readers won’t see an old date and think the whole site is outdated? I have been trying to find on my WordPress site how to hide the date and haven’t been able to. Can you tell me? Or does it depend on the theme?
